Research Elements Association has been founded to assist scientists in developing web applications which can improve their research or administrative processes. We now offer our services to the scientific communities and invite you to work with us.

Life Science Network is developed by Life Science Network gGmbH, a non-profit organisation founded in 2011 in Heidelberg, Germany. Our initial goal was to build a platform which will help scientists connect and exchange information with each other.

Over the past several years, aside from lifescience.net, we developed a platform for scientific communication and outreach called Science Simplified (scimplified.com), a journal content aggregator Abstream (a prototype can be seen at abstream.me), two career portals, ScienceHR (science.hr) for scientists and Engineering HR focusing on engineers (engineering.hr).

In the beginning of 2017 we decided to start offering web development services to universities, research organisations and companies. For this purpose, in July 2017 we registered a new association called Research Elements Association. The association is non-profit but will offer various services to the scientific community. The money generated from these services will be reinvested in line with the association's goals of supporting scientists and improving scientific processes.

Research Elements Association offers web development services including development of networking and communication platforms, for example for project consortia or alumni networks; communication and outreach platforms; recruiting and applicant management tools; event organisation platforms and others.

It also offers consulting services and data analysis services, for example molecular imaging or proteomics data analysis, as well as custom script development for Fiji (ImageJ) or R analysis.

We look forward to working with you on exciting new projects!
