My favourite tools: Molecular dynamics simulations (MD), biomolecular modelling, computational structural biology, kinetic models and various enhanced MD algorithms.
Using these tools, I am investigating how proteins respond to environmental changes. In this context, I already had the privilege to publish descriptions of molecular responses to effectors as diverse as membrane potential, pH, hydration, mutations, or, of course, also other proteins and ligands. Nucleic acids have been added to this list.
I code essentially in Python, R and tcl.
I have expertise in VMD, Gromacs, NAMD, Charmm, Matlab, Pymol, Chimera, etc..., and I use Unix commands every day.
