Materials

To prepare 1L of medium, you need:

  • 10 g tryptone
  • 5 g yeast extract
  • 10 g NaCl
  • NaOH

Procedure

  1. Dissolve tryptone, yeast extract and NaCl in 800 mL deionized water
  2. Adjust pH to 7.0 with NaOH
  3. Add deionized water to 1L.
  4. Autoclave.
  5. Store at 4°C.
